2012 – The year certain Harley Davidson’s will vanish

A lil note from the nice Motor Company guys:

In an effort to continually balance our motorcycle product portfolio, we annually review the array of motorcycle models offered in each of our key markets.  During this review, we strive to:

1. Optimize the number of customer choices available
2. Reduce duplication in product offerings
3. Reflect marketplace dynamics
4. Reduce model complexity on the showroom floor

As a result of our most recent review, we are announcing the discontinuation of three motorcycles for the 2012MY for all sales markets worldwide.  The models listed below will no longer be in production beginning with the 2012MY:

• FXCWC Softail® Rocker™ C
• FLSTSB Softail® Cross Bones®
• FLHXXX Street Glide® Trike

So if you you wanted one next year, your gonna have to get a dyna  :-]
