VQ – 1997. Keith “Outlaw” Ball bike by Jesse James, Ron Simms & Pat Kennedy

I was looking through my old magazine collection for some old ideas to ponder and I stumbled upon this nice find. VQ - 1997.  Keith Ball, Jesse James, Ron Simms & Pat Kennedy built a nice touring chopper and the second it was done, the test ride was directly to Sturgi's . Needless to say , it passed the test.  Check the specs . Respect your elders .
